I ordered my male Pomeranian diapers, which when I received were way too small, even though I followed the sizing chart on their site. When I went to exchange them, I decided to get the dog bands instead and asked the service person what size they thought my dog needed. They told me a petite, but then I was contacted by the company and they said the service person was new and I needed an extra small.
When the new bands came, they were again too small, however, they told me that was the measurement I requested and sent me a transcript from my call with their customer service person. In actuality, the extra small according to their sizing chart is for a dog with a 12-inch waist, as the band measures 12 inches from end to end, however, that is when it is open, when it is closed and velcroed together it has an opening of 7 inches, which is way too small for my pup. When I reached out to them regarding the issue and told them I was concerned about the circulation of my dog with the super tight fit, they did not respond or offer to exchange or refund.
